2. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers must:

    • Provide accurate information about the device and its condition.

    • Back up all important data before submitting the device for service.

    • Ensure proper handling and care of the device after service.

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices for services will be communicated prior to service commencement.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

  • No service will commence until the customer agrees to the quoted price.

4. Warranties:

  • The Company offers a limited warranty on repairs for a specified period (e.g., 30 days), covering only the work performed. Any unrelated issues or damage occurring post-service are not covered.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Service cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of booking, provided the service has not already commenced.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • IT ElectroWorld collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This includes data provided during service requests, such as identity proof, contact details, and payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability:
  • IT ElectroWorld is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss caused during the repair process.
8. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

9. Prohibited Activities
    • Customers must not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
10. Amendments:

  • IT ElectroWorld reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
